Booking Conditions

  • Check-in from 3:00 pm · Check-out by 10:00 am (flexible when possible)
  • 50% deposit on confirmation · Full payment 7 days before arrival
  • Payment by direct deposit (preferred), Visa/Mastercard or PayPal
  • $300 bond with final payment — refunded within 48 hours of checkout
  • Dates can be rescheduled with 14+ days notice or if the original dates are re-booked
  • Pets welcome — please clean up after them (otherwise +$100)
  • No smoking inside · Portacot & highchair available free on request
